Retainer Policy To maintain an exceptional standard of service and to secure dedicated availability, a non-refundable retainer is required for selected bookings. This applies to: * Engagements exceeding 6 hours, first time appointment * Appointments requiring travel arrangements (including train or air travel). The retainer serves as a commitment to reserve your date and cover associated arrangements. Kindly note that retainers are strictly non-refundable. However, appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
